Making a memorial donation to the National Kidney Foundation is the highest tribute you can give to the memory of a deceased friend or loved one. Knowing that your gift will help others is a source of comfort and inspiration during this time of sorrow.

Celebrate by giving the gift of life for birthdays, graduations, retirements, Mother's or Father's days, weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. And don't forget to honor your loved ones when they get promoted or accomplish something momentous.

How the Memorial and Tribute Program Works
Your memorial or tribute is a compassionate gift and will make a difference in the lives of others. Once we receive your contribution, you will be sent a thank you letter that includes your receipt for tax purposes. The family of the deceased or individuals being honored will also be sent a letter notifying them of your donation.
